Francis I of Beauharnais

Francis I of Beauharnais, seigneur de Miramion (died 1587) was a French nobleman. He was the son of William IV Beauharnais, seigneur de Miramion and his wife Jeanne de Mesmin, dame de Sédenay. He was the first member of the family to use the name "de Beauharnais".

Marriages and issue

He married Madeleine Bourdineau (daughter of Jacques Bourdineau, seigneur de Villemblin and his wife Anne de Troyes). They had two children:

* Anne de Beauharnais (†1653), who married Paul Phélyppeaux, seigneur de Pontchartrain (†1569), (one child)

* Francis II of Beauharnais, seigneur de Grillière.
