Punik ( _hy. Փյունիկ; until recently, Akhundov (Armenian: Ախանդով); formerly, Dadakyashlag, Dada-Kishlyag, and Dadakishlag) is a town in the Kotayk Province of Armenia. In the Soviet era, the town was renamed in honor of the author, Mirza Fatali Akhundov.
