- List of people indicted by the International Criminal Court
This is a list of people who have been indicted by the
International Criminal Court (ICC), which was established in 2002 to prosecute individuals forgenocide , crimes against humanity,war crime s, and thecrime of aggression . The list includes all individuals for whom the court has issued publicarrest warrant s as of14 July 2008 .To date, the ICC has opened investigations into four situations: Northern

Thomas Lubanga , was due to begin on23 June 2008 but it was halted on13 June when judges ruled that the Prosecutor's refusal to disclose potentially exculpatory material had breached Lubanga'sright to a fair trial .International Criminal Court (13 June 2008 ).
