- Michael Berliner
Michael Berliner is a British film producer. He was born in December 1985 in Bedford, England.
He read Experimental Psychology with Philosophy at Pembroke College Oxford, graduating in 2007.
He gained his initial experience of the industry through a wide variety of jobs as a production assistant or assistant director on short films, feature films, TV dramas and commercials.
In 2008 Michael produced his first short Film 'The Beachcombers', co-written and co-directed by
Chris Croucher and Mark Beynon, which was funded by Film London via The Lewisham Film Initiative. As well as screening at festivals worldwide the film has gone on to win the Film London & ITV 'Best Of Borough award' presented at BAFTA.His second short film, 'Looking for Marilyn', was one of four winners of the 2008
