The Austrian delfortgroup is made up of six subsidiaries which manufacture special paperand pulp in various European locations. The paper factories are: Dr. Franz Feurstein (UpperAustria), Wattenspapier (Tyrol), OP papírna (Czech Republic), Tervakoski Oy (Finland),Dunacell Kft. and Dunafin Kft. (Hungary) all of which are 100 percent owned by the group.

In the year 2007 the company had a turnover of EURO 548 million and employed around 1,900 people. The group’s CEO is Dr. Martin Zahlbruckner and the COO & CFO is Mr. Roland Faihs.
