Ben Zakai ( _he. בֶּן זַכַּאי) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located in the Shephelah, it falls under the jurisdiction of Hevel Yavne Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 668.

The moshav was established in 1950 by immigrants from Tripoli in Libya, and was named after Yochanan ben Zakai.
