Calm Down It's Monday is a Canadian indie rock two-piece featuring Dick Morello and Julie Doiron.

Formed after the break-up of Shotgun & Jaybird, the twosome originally began playing as Blue Heeler, but changed to the name Calm Down It's Monday some time over the winter of 2007-2008.

Their music consists primarily of Dick's songs from Shotgun & Jaybird as well as his solo material, though during NXNE they played several songs original to Calm Down It's Monday. This has caused some confusion when they have been billed as Julie Doiron. It should be noted that this arrangement has become a de facto reversal of Julie's touring setup which features her songs and Dick playing guitar or drums and singing harmony.
