Bojana Jovanovski (Cyrillic: Бојана Јовановски; born December 31, 1991, in Belgrade, Yugoslavia) is an Serbian professional tennis player of Macedonian descent.Fact|date=September 2008 She is currently coached by Zoran Jovanovski. In July 2008, she won her first ITF title, in Serbia.

She played girl's singles and doubles until July 2008; and she currently plays ITF tournaments.

Tennis career

Junior

In 2006, she reached finals of Pančevo International tournament in Pančevo, Serbia (lost to Ana Veselinović), and Heiveld Indoor Junior Championships in Heiveld, the Netherlands (lost to Simona Halep).

In 2007, she reached finals of International Junior Tournament Citta' Di Prato in Prato, Italy (lost to Romana Tabakova) and Trofeo Bonfiglio in Milan, Italy, (lost to Anastasia Pivovarova) and also won International Junior Tournament Citta' Di Santa Croce, defeating Michelle Larcher De Brito from Portugal.

In 2008, she reached the quarterfinals of Loy Yang Power Traralgon International, on January 4, but lost to Canadian Rebecca Marino, the second round of the tournament in Notting Hill (January 12) and the quarterfinals of Australian Open, (lost to Arantxa Rus). In March, she reached the fourth round of Banana Bowl tournament in Sao Paolo (March 10) and the final of Copa Gerdau (March 17, Porto Alegre), where she lost to Elena Bogdan. Her another best result is the final of Trofeo Bonfiglio in Milan, Italy, on May 19, but she was defeated by Simona Halep.

Girls' Grand Slam results

In 2007, she reached the fourth round at Australian Open, lost in the first round of French Open, the quarterfinals of Wimbledon and the third round of U.S. Open.

In 2008, she reached the quarterfinals of Australian Open, but lost to Arantxa Rus, and the fourth round of French Open, where was defeated by Elena Bogdan. She reached the quarterfinals of the 2008 Wimbledon Championships, but lost to British Laura Robson.

Her senior debut on ITF Tour was in Prokuplje (then Serbia and Montenegro), in July 2006, where she lost in the second round to Karolina Jovanović. She also played a couple of 10K, and 25K tournaments in the region. On July 8, 2008, she won her first ITF woman's singles title in Prokuplje, Serbia.
