Juan Carlos Mandiá Lorenzo aka Mandiá (born January 17 1967 in Alfoz, Province of Lugo, Spain) is a Spanish former footballer and current manager. He has managed spanish club Hércules CF.

In the season 2006/07 he was the second trainer of Míchel in the Real Madrid Castilla in the Segunda División. After the down grading of the team of the affiliated fan of Real Madrid CF, Mandiá took charge of the team as trainer, leaving the team one only point of disputing the play-off to Segunda División. In June, 2008 his return promised to be to the club herculano.
