Philippe Jules François Mancini (Paris, 1676-Paris, 1768), duc de Nivernais was a French aristocrat and member of the Mancini family. As son of Philippe Mancini and Diane Gabrielle Damas de Thianges, he was the great nephew of Cardinal Mazarin and nephew of Madame de Montespan.
In 1709 he married Marianna Spinola. Their only child was the academician Louis-Jules Mancini-Mazarini, the final duc de Nevers.
He could not inherit the title of duc de Nevers from his father in 1707, due to their not registering the duchy at the Parliament of Paris. In 1709 he inherited the titles of prince de Vergagne, grandee of Spain and Prince of the Holy Roman Empire from his father-in-law. En 1720 he received his letters of confirmation of the duchy of Nevers from the parliament. In 1730 he abdicated the duchy in his son's favour.
