Phil&teds is a juvenile products manufacturer, whose strollers and other baby care products are sold in the United States. The company is headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand.

Products

The 3-wheeled stroller has evolved to include a second “in-line” seat for another child. The company has expanded into other juvenile product categories, including car seats, travel systems, travel cots, and feeding accessories. Phil&teds manufactures the only travel cot in the World that is lighter than the baby and the World’s original inline buggy. The phil&teds Sport Buggy is actually a single stroller that can be converted into a double stroller using a toddler seat attachment.

History

The idea to design the first 3-wheeled stroller came from the father and son team, Phil and Ted, who went on to found the company in 1994. In 1998, phil&teds was purchased by Campbell Gower who became CEO of the company.
