- Transhelp
Transhelp is a separate accessible transit system operated by and serving all of Peel Region.
Transhelp is used by person who have mobility problems, are physically unable to climb or descend stairs, or cannot walk a distance of 175 metres.
Wheelchair users are allowed to use Transhelp, but the elderly or dialysis patients are not automatically eligible.
Transhelp makes 240,000 trips annually with a fleet of 28 specially equipped buses.

Fares
One way trip costs $2.50 (or $5.00 for return trip). New eligible registrants pay a minimum fee of $25.00 or equal to 10 one way trips or five return trips.

Hours of service of Transhelp are:
* Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
* Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
* Sundays/Holidays 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.Saturday, Sunday and Holiday service and trips are provided by taxi services:
