Mediterranean Games Gold 2009 Pescara Team Competition Damjan Rudež (born June 17, 1986) [1] is a Croatian professional basketball player. He is 6'10" in height. Rudez entered the 2008 NBA Draft but went un-drafted. 2006-2008 seasons he had played for KK Split in his native Croatia, after that 2008-2009 season in KK Union Olimpija in Slovenia and is currently signed to play with Cedevita Zagreb.
Croatian national basketball team
On August 3, 2008, he was called into the Croation national basketball team to compete in the 2008 Olympic Basketball Tournament after Damir Markota withdrew due to injury.[2]
In 2009, he won the gold medal at the XVI Mediterranean Games, held in Pescara, Italy.
