18 (UKSF) Signal Regiment

18 (UKSF) Signal Regiment is a Regiment of the British Army Royal Corps of Signals which provides communications and information systems support to the force elements of the United Kingdom Special Forces.

Established in 2005 [cite web | url = http://www.eliteukforces.info/18-UKSF-Signals/ | title = 18 (UKSF) Signals Regiment] , the regiment is under the Operational Command of Headquarters Director Special Forces and includes signal squadrons from both the Royal Corps of Signals and the Royal Marines.

The Regiment was formed around the existing capabilities of the Special Air Service and Special Boat Service, namely 264 Signal Squadron based at Stirling Lines near Hereford, the SBS Signal Troop based at RM Poole, Poole, Dorset and 63(SAS) Signal Squadron of the Territorial Army.

It includes:

* 264 (SAS) Signal Sqn
* 267 (SRR) Signal Sqn
* 268 (UKSF) Signal Sqn
* 63 SAS Signal Sqn (V)

Candidates for service in the Regiment are required to undertake the Special Forces Communicator selection course, based at Hereford.
