Acquisitions

The holding company Fortis Financial entered into a share-purchase and subscription agreement with ACERC Information Technology for acquiring 23.52 lakh equity shares.

Fortis Financial Services Ltd, which is a substantial stakeholder of ‘Asian CERC Information Technology Ltd’ (ACERC) — a leading capital market software provider — acquired Capital Market Solutions Pvt Ltd (CMS) — an Australian software major providing solutions and services to financial markets in Asia Pacific and UK.

Fortis Financial Services acquired 76 per cent equity of CMS through Regius Infotech Private and Regius Overseas Holding Company, Mauritius — a special purpose vehicle formed by it.
