Pnini grew in the youngsters' division of
Maccabi Tel-Aviv and took with her the youngsters' league double in 2001.After this season, Guy went pro to the
Ligat Winner playing for Maccabi Rannana.Maccabi Rannana merged with Bnei Herziliya and became
Bnei-Hasharon . Guy became the captain of the team in 2004-2005 and in 2006 he got in the "All Israeli-League Team".In the 2006-2007 season, Guy signed in Hapoel Jerusalem B.C and took with her two state-cups against Maccabi Tel Aviv B.C, being one of the dominant Israeli players in the league.
Israeli national teams
Guy is known by contributing in the Israeli national teams; he was one of the key players in the U-16 team between the years 1996-1998 who took the 10th place in the European championship.He is specially known for his big game against Italy when he scored 22 points and had 7 blocks.
Today Pnini is a player in the senior national team, and took place in the 2007 Eurobasket in Spain.
