Scott Irwin started wrestling in the
American Wrestling Association in 1975 after being trained byVerne Gagne . He was one half of the "Yukon Lumberjacks" in theWorld Wide Wrestling Federation in the late 1970's as Yukon Eric and captured the World Tag Team Titles while there. The Yukon Eric name had previously been used by wrestler "Yukon Eric" Holmback who died in a suicide onJanuary 16 ,1965 , at age 48.
