Viror Whitewind

Viror Whitewind is the eldest of the Firstborn in Tailchaser's Song. He is described as "the color of sunlight on snow, and of swiftness...", and is the fastest and strongest cat there ever was. However, he was slain by Ptomalkum, a demon hound raised up by his brother, Hearteater. It is mentioned that he was somehow imprisoned after his death, and is freed at the end of the book when Firefoot destroyed Hearteater. [Tailchaser's Song by Tad Williams]
