The Nihongo|Shintetsu 6000 series|神戸電鉄6000系電車|Kōbe Dentetsu 6000-kei densha is an Electric Multiple Unit ordered by Kobe Electric Railway (Shintetsu) to replace ageing 1000 series trains. It is the first new type ordered by the company in 14 years and also the first type with stainless bodies. The 18 m long cars have three pairs of doors per side and longitudinal bench seating throughout. "Japan Railfan" magazine, August 2008 issue, P.76-78]
