Aranghata (Bengali: আড়ংঘাটা) is a town in the district of Nadia, West Bengal, India. It is situated convert|78|km|mi|abbr=on north of Calcutta and about convert|9|km|mi|abbr=on north of Ranaghat. Aranghata is served by the Ranaghat Junction Railway Station a major station on the Sealdah-Murshidabad railway section.Aranghata is famous for its Jugol Kishore Mela on the bank of the Churni. People of Bahirgachi, Panchberia,Bankimnagar, Bhaina do trades in Aranghata.

Other than rail transport, the city also has bus route to Ranaghat, Krishnanagar. The churni connects to Hanshkhali, Mamjoan.
