KELR-FM (105.3 FM) is a commercial radio station that serves the Chariton, Iowa area. The station broadcasts a Classic Hits format. KELR-FM is licensed to FMC Broadcasting, Inc which is owned by Thomas A. Palen who also owns KLEE and KOTM-FM in Ottumwa, Iowa. KELR-FM also broadcasts the Saint Louis Cardinals baseball games and the Chariton High School Chargers games.
