"A Piece of Cake" is the name of an EP released by the alternative rock band Cake in 1996. The EP/Sampler was released as a teaser to the then-upcoming album Fashion Nugget. For an unknown reason, "The Distance" is listed and pressed twice into the CD [http://cake.ography.co.uk/release_images/cake/piece_of_cake_back.jpgTrack Listing] ; once at the beginning, and once at the end. Although it is unknown as to why this is, fans have speculated that this was intentional to produce more hype for the new single.
