U.S. Department of Defense the State of FloridaDepartment of Education . It is being utilized to impact on second language learners. It is now required of all English as Second Language students enrolled at theAmerican University of Technology , Lebanon. AVI impact on ESL applications is the focus of research by the Ministries of Man Power and Education,Sultanate of Oman .
