*Liggett Group a tobacco company founded in 1873. Liggett is the maker of Pyramid, Jade, and Eve 120's branded discount products, and Liggett Select in the deep discount category. The company also produces a number of private-label and distributor-exclusive brands for a total of more than 240 brand styles.

*Douglas Elliman Realty (50%), the largest residential real estate brokerage in the New York metropolitan area with over 60 offices and 3,500 agents.

*Liggett Vector Brands, A company that coordinates the sales and marketing for both Liggett Group and Vector Tobacco.

*Vector Tobacco, based in North Carolina, is engaged in the development and marketing of the low nicotine and nicotine-free Quest (cigarette) cigarette products and the reduced carcinogen Omni cigarette products.

*New Valley LLC. (Formerly known as Western Union), New Valley is an investment company that owns stakes in real estate projects throughout the United States.
