Lucas Chepkitony

Chepkitony Lucas Kipkosei is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to the Orange Democratic Movement and was elected to represent the Keiyo North Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the Kenyan parliamentary election, 2002.^[1]
