2004 Major League Baseball Japan All-Star Series

The 2004 Major League Baseball Japan All-Star Series was the ninth edition of the series between Major League Baseball and Nippon Professional Baseball.MLB won the series 5-3 and Vernon Wells was named the Series MVP Award.

Game Summary

Game 1

The MLB opened the series with a 7-2 win atthe Tokyo Dome. Roger Clemens pitched 4 2/3 innings while giving up 2 runs on 4 hits. He walked 5 and struck out 4. He departed with the MLB trailing 2-0. But they cameback with clutch hits from Brad Wilkerson, Carl Crawford,and Miguel Cabrera.
