Christopher Mogere Obure

Christopher Mogere Obure is a Kenyan politician. He belongs to the Orange Democratic Movement and was elected to represent the Bobasi Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the Kenyan parliamentary election, 2007. He was born in Boigesa Village in January 1, 1950, in the then larger Bobasi Machoge Constituency which has since been split into Bobasi Conctituency and Bomachoge Constituency. He is the Minister for Public Works in the current coalition Government which was formed after the Accord signed before the former UN Secretary General Koffi Annan and Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete.
