Blue Ridge Reservoir is located in the Mogollon Rim area of the state of Arizona. The closest town Strawberry is convert|30|mi|km away. Blue Ridge Reservoir is one of the more scenic reservoirs in the area, with trees going down to the water line. The parking and bathrooms are located just uphill from the boat ramp, although some trucks and trailers were also parking on the sloped road near the boat ramp. There is a rough trail starting just behind the bathrooms that also leads to the water. The closest camping is located convert|2.5|mi|km away at Rock Crossing Campground. The facilities are maintained by Coconino National Forest division of the USDA Forest Service.
