This is Treason is a post-hardcore/metalcore band from Salem, New Hampshire. First known as Nuclear Winter, the band started as a project to kill time and quickly turned into a serious endeavor. After only playing a few shows, they parted ways with long time friend Simon Frost. With only four members remaining, they renamed the group This is Treason and became a house hold name after playing a show with Our Last Night at a CD release show in Derry, NH. In April of 2008, they hit the studio to release their first EP. The CD showcases six songs: "Rescue", "Time Will Tell", "Pick Up the Pieces", "Inferno" "Rise Up" , and "Memories".
