Education Services for Overseas Students

Education Services for Overseas Students are the legal framework governing delivery of education to overseas students studying in Australia on a student visa. The framework is administrated by Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, which maintains a Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students.
