The Victorian Minister for Aboriginal Affairs is a ministereal position currently held by the Hon. Richard Wynne MLA. The portfolio's responsibilities include: giving funding to Aboriginal community groups, administering general programs targeted at Aboriginies (e.g. health, education, justice), overseeing and admistering Aboriginal communities and overseeing Aboriginal infastructure programs.
