Hopewell culture mounds and earthworks located about a mile east of the Mound City group on a terrace of theScioto River . The walls have been damaged by cultivation. They are contained in a detached portion of Hopewell Culture National Historic Park. The Hopeton Earthworks are not open to the public.References
