Sansodor

Sansodor is the technical name given to the paint cleaning/thinning solvent and is a more favourable alternative to turpentine by artists because of its low odour.

Used to clean brushes that have been used with paints that are not water soluble, such as oil mediums it is not flammable and is odourless.

In Bob Ross's shows he always made emphasise that he used a "odourless paint cleaner."
