St Margaret's, Corsley

St Margaret's, Corsley

Designed by John LeachmanParish records] St Margaret's is the Parish Church of Corsley in Wiltshire. Built in the 1830s it is one of two Anglican Churches the other being St Mary's, Corsley which was once a private chapel. The original design and layout is very similar to another of Leachman's Wiltshire Churches Christ Church, Warminster. Although whereas Christ Church as been extended and altered repeatedly in its history St Margaret's is still very close to Leachman's original plans.

Since late 2007 Corsley has been part of the newly formed Cley Hill Villages Benefice. Salisbury Diocese Website, Online, Accessed June 2008.]
