HC Municipal Baia Mare

HC Municipal Baia Mare is a women handball club from Baia Mare, Romania, which plays in the Romanian Women First League of Handball and Women Romanian Cup of Hanball.

History

* 1960 - Year of establishment as AS Constructorul Baia Mare;
* 1967 - The team wins promotion in the second league;
* 1975 - The team wins promotion in the first league;
* 1978 - Runner-ups in Women Romanian Cup;
* 1979 - Runner-ups in first league and in Women Romanian Cup;
* 1980 - Third place in first league and in Women Romanian Cup;
* 1996 - The team plays in the official European competitions for the first time, reaching quarter-finals;
* 2003 - Runner-ups in Challenge Cup;
