Divorce Plan is a plan of action to help assist the divorcing individual leave the
marriage as independent and financially intact as possible. Most divorce plans focus on finances above all else since the financial picture is what is of main concern to both divorcing parties. Some of the more elaborate plans focus on retirement, college planning and life skills.Divorce planning is relatively knew to the United States. Both were developed independent of each other.Jonathan Klein developed his style of divorce plan out of a need he saw from his mortgage clients.
