Second League of FR Yugoslavia 1999-00

Second League of FR Yugoslavia 1999-00 consist of three groups of 18 teams.

Originally 14 teams from 7 groups of Third Division would promoted, but lastly there are only 13 teams (Timok Group only one), thus 1 team of Second League East did not need to relegation, as Crvena Zvezda Gnjilane already withdrew.

Due to the formation of South Group (Montenegro), no team were relegated in West Group.
