J.W. Buckley (b. 1978) is a poet and short story writer originally from
Tewksbury, Massachusetts .J.W. attended
Austin Preparatory School before going ontoBeloit College and finallyNortheastern University .During his time in Boston J.W. became a member of the notorious FSU Crew, a now prominent and highly organized national street gang. It was while active in the street world of FSU that J.W. met close friend, and fellow FSU member, screenwriter and director

Although J.W. is considered a semi-recluse by many colleagues and media personnel he has been featured in articles and/or interviews in publications such as
