The HCL Group of Companies or Home Construction Limited is an integrated property development and management group located in Trinidad WI. It is also a subsidiary of the CL Financial Group as of December 1990. HCL has been committed to bringing the "NEW URBANISM" vision to Trinidad and Tobago. HCL's major projects are located in Trinidad WI. They include: Trincity Millennium Vision, One Woodbrook Place and The Crossings.

The One Woodbrook Place or OWP Project which owned and managed by the HCL Group has been recognized as one of the caribbean's largest construction projects. This project is currently still in its construction phase but is set to be completed in late 2009. The Group's own Lange Ballast Contractors Ltd. and West Atlantic Construction Ltd. are the project's management team as well as TMC Architecture and Planviron Limited are responsible for the architecture, design and infrastructure of One Woodbrook Place.
