Edmilson da Silva is a Brazilian football player, who currently as of June 27 is unattached. He and his brother, Nilberto da Silva, came to Honduras to Marathon and after two season they left to Motagua because they didn't fit into Manuel Keosseian's tactics. Edmilson was almost left out of the Motaguan squad after he did not appear to preseason training with no excuse, it was later known his wife had labor difficulties with his twins. After he was accepted back into Motagua's training he injured himself leaving no other choice but to be cut from the team since he takes up a foreigner spot in Motagua. He was later transferred to Real España.
