Jonatan Berg (born 9 May, 1985 in Torsby) is a Swedish football midfielder.

After playing for a local club and Torsby IF, he joined IFK Göteborg in 2002, a club he has played for since. His younger brother Marcus Berg also played a few years for the club. Jonatan was on loan to GAIS in 2006 and on loan to Trelleborgs FF in 2007.
