Macho Again (foaled 2005 in Florida) is an American thoroughbred colt racehorse. He was sired by 2000 Two Year Old Horse of the Year, Macho Uno, who in turn was a son of leading sire, Holy Bull. He was out of the mare, Go Donna Go, who is the daughter of Wild Again.

Macho Again got his start as a two-year-old under trainer, Dallas Stewart at Saratoga Race Course. He ran a total of four times, breaking his maiden with a victory at Churchill Downs. Macho Again also placed second twice, while earning over $45,000.

At three, he continued to race for Dallas Stewart and began the year in New Orleans at the Fair Grounds Race Course. On February 28, 2008, he won a Fair Grounds allowance race by 4.5 lengths after suffering a slight injury in the Grade III Lecomte Stakes in early January. Among his other accomplishments, he took the Derby Trial, finished second in the Preakness GI to Big Brown, and fifth in the Belmont Stakes GI. In late July, Macho Again was one of 33 three-year-old horses invited to the start in the Haskell Invitational at Monmouth Park in New Jersey. However, Macho Again skipped the Haskell and instead raced in the Jim Dandy Stakes at Saratoga on July 27, 2008.

In the Grade II Jim Dandy, Macho Again was able to hold off 3-2 favorite Pyro in the stretch to win by 1/2 lengths and earn $300,000 and his first graded stakes win. The colt also finished second in the Grade II Super Derby at Louisiana Downs in September of 2008. Macho Again's current earnings are over $770,000. Macho Again is currently in light training at Churchill Downs.
