Yusuf Michael Gatewood (born June 30, 1982 - September 15, 2008) is a Canadian-American film actor. He is best known for playing as Doug from The Interpreter film in 2005, and as Clarence Greene from House at the End of the Drive film in 2006. Also as Gary Howardwick from the very popular tv series 2007, DJ from tv series in 2006, Detective Lewis from tv series in 2003, and as Toby from Hack tv series in 2003. Gatewood graduated from Durham Academy in 2000.

On September 15, 2008, Yusuf Gatewood died of a contact gunshot wound to the head. Gatewood's body was found about a quarter mile from where his car had been abandoned on Russland Rd. off Highway 417 in Ottawa. A .25-caliber automatic handgun was found next to the body and evidence matched a determination of suicide.
