Jidda Island (ArB|جزيرة جدة) is an
islet inBahrain . It lies to the west ofBahrain Island and just north ofUmm an Nasan . It is connected toUmm an Nasan by a short causeway.Jidda used to be the location of one of Bahrain's

Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and is currently off limits to ordinary citizens. The island has a number ofpalace s, gardens, agolf course , twohelipad s, amosque and several other facilities for the personal use of the Prime Minister.The island is made of
