Loyce Biira Bwambale

Loyce Biira Bwambale was a member of the Pan-African Parliament from Uganda. [ [http://www.africa-union.org/organs/pan%20african%20parliament/List%20of%20Members%20pap.pdf Pan-African Parliament members as of 15 March 2004] ]

She was previously a teacher, and has also served as Deputy Minister of Gender from 1992 to 1994 and a member of the National Assembly of Uganda from 1996 to 2001.
