Sustainable Use of Resources in Vulnerable States Initiative

Sustainable Use of Resources in Vulnerable States Initiative

SURVIve is a platform for and by young people from vulnerable countries that seeks to inspire and link youth action globally in order to reduce the effects and impacts of environmental degradation on these countries. The initiative aims at influencing and shaping personal attitude and policy among the youth and ruling class for a better and more workable approach of the issue of the survival of vulnerable states. The idea is to catalyze youth action and involvement by focusing on mitigation, innovation and adaptation with a local perspective as well as increasing capacities. To support youth efforts and increase awareness on sustainability and renewable trends in low carbon economies, SURVIve seeks to encourage information sharing through forum participations as well as through the exchange and adaptation of best practices with a youth focused outlook.
