- David H. Edwards (Hong Kong Businessman)
David H. Edwards, born July 14, 1953, in London, UK, and resident of Hong Kong, PRC, since 1974, worked for the Hong Kong Government for nine years before starting several businesses in Hong Kong.
He is the founder and major shareholder of the Hong Kong-based IBC Group, and currently holds the position of Executive Director of China Central Government's Development Research Center of the State Council. He was awarded China's Peace Prize in 2006.
