Villagio

Villagio is the fist luxury satellite village in Moldova (currently in construction). The Villagio cottage village is situated in the ecologically clean district. This settlement is situated at a distance of 21 km from the city of Chişinău (Moldova’s capital) on Poltava highway, covering a territory of 15 hectares, in the neighborhood of Condriţa locality. Thanks to the new motor road the trip home will take less than 20 minutes. The total number of houses on the construction site is 107.

Infrastructure

The Villagio cottage settlement has an independent infrastructure providing the village residents with all the necessary services for life, entertainment, security and house. The village will benefit from the well-developed access roads and well-designed roads inside the village settlement, fencing along the settlement perimeter, security services, territory improvements and planting of greenery in public zones, provision of exterior lighting of the passages and passes situated on the territory of the village.

Communications

The modern telecommunication complex of the settlement provides for the connection of each house to telephone networks, Internet, fire protection system and security alarm system. All houses are provided with electricity, water and gas utilities, the roads are provided with rain water flows.

About company

ADAF Imobile, together with other members of the group of companies ADAF GRUP, started building the cottage village Villagio. According to the project, a village of de luxe level cottages, which will become the first VIP village in Moldova, will be created. The project opens a new view on country-side houses which comply with European traditions in architecture.
