Jonathan Hawks

Jonathan Hawks (November 11 1983) is an American Football Player who is currently playing AF2 (Lexington Horseman) Jonathan was born in Gainesville, Georgia, where many know him as "Rocket". Hawks attended Division 2 Bemidji State University after playing two seasons at Rainy River Community College (International Falls, Minnesota. While at Bemidji, Jonathan broke records on the football field while also breaking records in the 100m and 200m on the track and field. In the spring of 2007, he entered the NFL Draft. After going undrafted, Jonathan had many opportunities to show off his talent to the NFL. Most NFL Franchises described Jonathan as a kept secret, because of his ability to return kicks, his blazing speed, and the fact that he went to a smaller division school. As a senior, Jonathan used his 4.2 Speed to avg 34.6 yards per KR, which earned him to led all divisions for KR Avg, including a 100 KR which tied the NCAA record. Jonathan helped Bemidji win its first NSIC Championship in school history in 2006, while also leading the track and field team to its first outdoor championship in 2005.
