Shirasawa Junior High School is a junior high school in Shiraiwa, Motomiya, Fukushima, Japan established in 1981 following the closing of Wagisawa and Shiraiwa Junior High Schools.

Introduction

Nestled amongst the hills of Motomiya City, Shirasawa Junior High School serves the residents of Nukazawa, Shiraiwa, and Wada districts in Motomiya City. The highlights of the school year include field trips in April and May, local junior high athletics competitions held in early June (with athletes progressing up to the national tournament level) and Hakuchusai, the school festival held in October.
